Supported browsers
We support all evergreen browsers (Chrome / FF / Safari) as well as IE 11+ and Edge. In regard to mobile, we support Safari and Chrome. This does not mean that the application will not work on other browsers, simply that they are not targeted.
Security settings
Users will need to have JavaScript enabled in their browser while using the COVID-19 Screening application. If you have JavaScript disabled, you may see a popup requesting you to enable JavaScript to proceed.
Internet Connections
An internet connection is required to use the COVID-19 Screening application. We do not offer offline access at this time. Users without a high speed internet connection may experience difficulty using the application.
Cookies enabled
The COVID-19 Screening application uses cookies for authentication purposes, more efficient site navigation, and to provide more accurate reporting. You must have cookie enabled to use the application.
